The law : Justice for Humanity ?

In my country Indonesia, Medical Malpractice cases a lot happening. Of the 1000 cases, only 1% of them are followed up, rose after news of the mass media. Problems is still a lack of knowledge of the community about Criminal Law, especially concerning medical legislation.Besides, people here are also afraid when having to deal with the court. Moreover, many cases where the reporting party suspects and otherwise made it to the plaintiff by the defendant. This is homework for the government especially the departments concerned. With these conditions, the progress in the field of Law eventually become stunted and eventually even enrich the practice of buying and selling things. However, with increasing onslaught of media coverage, it is now starting to diminish and hopefully will be better in the future.
