Do not have jobs, businesses lose money and many problems in daily life can make one’s stress. Regular exercise is known to eliminate stress. But very few people who do it and chose another way. Anything? Instead of exercising for example, Americans prefer watching movies, playing video games and more. In the report of the American Psychological Association’s annual “Stress in America 2009″, as many as 1568 adults surveyed online to find out what the best way is to eliminate a lot of stress. Most participants claimed stress from lack of motivation in life. Stress can also be caused due to emergence of high blood sepeeti disease, heart disease or hardening of the arteries.
“Stress will trigger the production of adrenal hormones that will increase heart rate and the potential to trigger high blood tekanana. Migraine headaches also increase the likelihood of stress,” says Dr. Joseph W. Stubbs, an internist from the American College of Physicians. A study led by researchers from the Emory Institute for Advanced Policy Solutions also mentioned that the workplace is where the most stressful. “For that every workplace should have a program such as exercise stress together, relaxation techniques, cognitive therapy (brain) or reproduce the time socializing with colleagues,” said Ken Thorpe, professor of health policy from Emory University. In ways that many people choose to eliminate the stress that is:
- Listening to music (49 percent)
- Roads (44 percent)
- Reading (41 percent)
- Watching movies (36 percent)
- Hanging out with friends or family (36 percent)
- Playing video games or browsing the internet (33 percent)
- Nap (32 percent)
- Pray (32 percent)
- Eating (28 percent)
- Spending time hobby activities (27 percent)
- Go to the religious (19 percent)
- Shopping (15 percent)
- Smoking (14 percent)
- Drinking alcohol (14 percent)
- Sports (10 percent)
- Go to the spa or massage place (10 percent)
- Meditation or yoga (7 percent)
- Visiting expert mental or psychiatric (4 percent)
