Jasa Marga Loans Reach Rp.1.526 billion

Jakarta (ANTARA).

Toll road operator PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) through subsidiary PT Marga Nujyasumo Agung (MNA) reached syndicated loans from government banks worth three Rp.1.526 billion. The funds will be used to finance joint projects Surabaya-Mojokerto toll, write the company announcement published Thursday.

Mentioned, the loan obtained from PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) worth Rp764 billion, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) worth Rp612 billion and PT Bank Bukopin Tbk (BBKP) worth Rp150 billion. The loan term is 10 years. MNA is the operator segment of the Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road along the 36.51 miles. The project is expected to spend Rp2, with 1 trillion 35-year concession period. Jasa Marga has a stake of 55 percent in MNA, PT Moeladi by 25 percent and PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (Wika) as much as 20 percent.
