IVR: Automatic repsesionis

As effectively as if repsesionis in your office to receive any incoming calls ? I’m sure not 100% effective. Because sometimes they are often overwhelmed in accepting incoming calls. Using IVR, then you repsesionis task will become easier. Because every phone that comes in, will be connected prior to the Interactive Voice Response and IVR will lead to a connection option and if there are no options you select, the new IVR will connect it to repsesionis. With this system, all incoming calls will not be interrupted during rush hour.
